If you are having heart attack symptoms, put your SMHeartCard on a flat surface and open the caps.  Chew and swallow all the ASA tablets. Take the first Nitroglycerin pill and place it under your tongue. Call for emergency medical care. If symptoms continue after 5 minutes, take the second Nitroglycerin pill and place it under your tongue. If symptoms continue after another 5 minutes, take the third Nitroglycerin pill.
